How to set up user policies in GFI WebMonitor
To set up user policies in GFI WebMonitor, go to the Manage section and select policies. Click Add Policy and drag the User Groups and IPs element to the workspace. You will then need to specify whether you would like the policy to allow, block or warn. To set this up for an individual user, select Users and in the workspace type the username you want to add to your list, then click the Plus sign.
You will notice that the specified user has been added to the policy. Next, apply different filtering elements such as websites, applications, file types, bandwidth monitoring and notification information to your policy. Once all your policy specifications have been identified simply click Save, and you're now ready to filter for that individual user.
